Micropearl AU' is made of gold plated high precision fine particles and is highly conductive. It is widely used in LCD and device mounting, and responds to the higher integration needs.

Evenly plated layers mean that there is no fluctuation in resistance from particle-to- particle, assuring stable conduction patterns.

       
 
 


Anisotropic Conduction

An anisotropically conductive film or paste is obtained by not passing either material containing Micropearl AU particles. The result is conductivity between the subtracts (Z-axis), but insulating in the transverse directions (X and Y axes)
